- A chalet designed with a very high-end modern design and a prime location, directly above the creek and a garden
- It consists of 7 master bedrooms, two lounges, an elevator and an indoor swimming pool
- Ground floor : It consists of a large lounge with sea view, a kitchen, a maid’s room and a swimming pool

- Note: The working room does not contain mattresses and blankets
- Note before booking: Deducted from the insurance value of 100 kd in case of using oils and tan in the pool
- It is forbidden to use the foam machine inside the pool
- In case of any damage ( dirt or similar) inside the swimming pool, the cleaning and repair costs are deducted from the insurance
- The depth of the pool is from meters to ٣ meters
Observations

- Prices vary according to occasions and holidays
- Entry (12:00 noon) – Departure (2:00 noon)
- Parties of all kinds are prohibited
- An amount (50-100 KD) will be deducted from the insurance in the event that the chalet is received unclean as a result of willful negligence
- Reservations for families only
- To cancel the reservation, it must be before the date of entry for a period of not less than 30 days, and an amount of 20 dinars will be deducted from the publicity and advertising fees
